Discretion. Dedication. Defence.

Growing-up in Deep River, Ontario, it has long been a hope for me to return to the Ottawa Valley to practice in my home community. I practiced in the high-volume, prominent Ottawa firm of Webber Schroeder Goldstein Abergel, bustling criminal practice in the prison-centric community of Kingston and the East Region, and now I return to the Valley with a strong, diverse and experienced background well-suited for high-level legal representation in the Pembroke area.

In my real estate practice, I represent people in our community at a very positive time in their lives. I bring my efficiency, timeliness and professionalism to this area of law and work.

As a criminal trial lawyer, I represent clients on Impaired Driving, Assault, Domestic, Drug Possession, Drug Trafficking, Firearms, and Property Offences charges at the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Provincial Offences Courts, and assisting my senior colleagues on matters at the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. I have a commitment to excellence that I achieve through my professional integrity, exhaustive preparation, and assertive representation.

Living in a small community requires trust and practicing in a small town requires discretion. I believe that comprehensive legal representation requires lawyers to represent their clients to the fullest extent the law will allow while minimizing the impact on personal, social and work lives. Having worked on high-profile cases in large cities and highly sensitive matters in small rural communities, I work to keep your legal matter isolated so you can focus on your life.
