Our Family Law practice is client service-oriented and strives to provide strategic, creative results and efficient and practical resolutions of client family disputes. We are resolution-focused and provide a professional and reasonable approach to our work.
Criminal Law
Throughout Jodi’s career as a lawyer, she has focused on being a courtroom lawyer. Her career has been a mixture of private practice, social justice and teaching clinical litigation.
Mediation
Primeau Law offers an alternative to litigation for our community. Mediation is a voluntary process whereby two parties discuss their disputes and an impartial third party assists them in reaching a settlement. Due to this special resolution structure, our clients who chose Mediation as the preferred pathway to arriving at a resolution cannot retain Family Law services after the Mediation intake process has begun, nor can a client move to Mediation with Jessica after consulting for her services for individual representation.
Wills & Estates
At Primeau Law, we create wills and powers of attorney, as well as providing the legal advice necessary to help you transfer wealth in an effective and efficient manner. We never forget, however, that these are also intensely personal issues. You can rely on our office to guide you through this important but daunting process.
