Our Family Lawyer, Jessica Freedman, has extensive experience in the field of Family Law representing clients through a range of family law dispute resolution processes including:

Mediation,
Arbitration,
and Litigation at all levels of Court.
Our Family Law services are delivered by representing one party in the development of a resolution and cannot be combined with our Mediation services. In order to ensure neutral guidance throughout the mediation process, our clients who chose Mediation as the preferred pathway to arriving at a resolution cannot retain Family Law services after the Mediation intake process has begun.
Primeau Law provides legal representation for family law matters including:
Simple Divorces;
Decision-making responsibility for child(ren) (custody);
Care and parenting time/schedules for child(ren) (access);
Child Support;
Spousal Support; and,
Property issues (including possession, ownership, equalization, and division of property).
